Well…I would imagine that if somebody looked at Beth’s brain scan, they’d probably find the signs of psychopathy. But most psychopaths are not THIS extreme in their behavior. The abuse she endured likely had a lot to do with making her innate traits manifest in such an extremely antisocial way.

About whether her transformation is real…I suppose only Beth herself knows.
