First of all, Donna thoroughly understands what you’ve going through and how you feel. After all, she was married to a sociopath who cheated on her, wiped her out financially and forced her into bankruptcy. Because of her experience, Donna founded Lovefraud.com in 2005. Although she is not a licensed therapist, Donna has collected more than 10,000 cases. She’s heard everything, and she knows how sociopathic exploitation and manipulation affect you.
What to expect
When you choose to work with Donna for Deep Emotional Release, your session starts with a check-in, so you can update her on where things stand regarding your involvement with the sociopath. Then, Donna works with you to achieve a degree of emotional release.
The process starts with a body scan. Donna guides you to slowly focus on your body, from head to toe, identifying where you are holding tension or emotional pain, and yes, this works just fine via phone or Zoom. Donna tunes in to your experience on an energetic level, and feels the energy blocks along with you. Bringing them to awareness enables the negative energy to slowly dissipate. If you experience a strong reaction — like crying — Donna stays with you, helping you to process it.
This is how Donna achieved her own healing (you can read all about it in her Love Fraud book). Plus, she’s taken training in similar processes from well-known experts. She knows that experiencing these painful emotions is messy, but it works. The more you can release, the closer you’ll get to the happy and healthy life that you want and deserve.

Donna offers sessions for Deep Emotional Release Monday through Saturday, Eastern Time (the same time zone as New York City in the United States). Hours are:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2 – 7 pm
- Tuesday, Friday: 2 – 4 pm
- Saturday: 10 am – 1 pm
