You know I read another article about this same situation, and this one is a better article, and the links to the previous articles about this situation…DAMN!!!! This woman has “gotten screwed, blued, and tattooed” all down the line. She gets raped and then has to pay him “support” when he gets out of prison!

THERE AIN’T NO JUSTICE. LIFE AIN’T FAIR!

Well, we already knew this didn’t we? But this poor woman! I hope the judge gets the fleas of 1,000 camels in his arm pits and his fingers and toes all get hang nails!

That’s just sick!

This is just bizarre and quite correct D, sick! This stupid judge has given this rapist an opportunity to harass this poor woman ..what justice is that ..I’m surprised this idiot judge doesn’t order her to pay maintenance to the rapist in prison. I thought this sort of carp was confined to the UK …and human rights .. I only hope she can appeal and some common sense prevails ..

I bet they are forcing someone to take the children to the prison for visitation.

Liane, I hadn’t even thought about that, but I wouldn’t be surprised if you are not right on that score. We wouldn’t want to “break up the family” now would we?

Blogger ErinBrock’s son was talking with the Judge who said “I’m not in the business of breaking up families.” Erin’s son said to the judge “Your honor, YOU are not breaking up my family, my FATHER did that in the way he treated my mom, myself and my sibs.”

WOW! What a “with it” young man!!!!

That is proof the court systems in the US are FUBAR!
(F’ed up beyond all recognition- for those who aren’t sure)

Oxy don’t limit those fleas only to the judges armpits. There are other body parts with hair (nether regions) and maybe it would be more suitable for the fleas to be there instead.

Sounds like one judge that needs to leave the bench.

After my husband tried to murder me in 1991, I had to pay him alimony and give him half of my retirement. In 1995, I successfully put fault back into California’s no fault divorce law. It was a battle and my many hurdles are detailed in my book “A Dance with the Devil: A True Story of Marriage to a Psychopath.” In order to get the law changed, it had to be very specific to attempted murder. I’m happy to see the DA push to expand the terms to “violent felony.” A couple of years ago a male victim expanded it to include solicitation for murder. We can all make a difference for victims, one step at a time.
