You are not alone — other people have endured experiences similar to yours. With Lovefraud Group Tapping, soak up the benefits of community as you support each other’s recovery. Research in Clinical EFT Tapping has identified the phenomenon of “Borrowed Benefits” — when you tap along with someone else, you both feel better.
Lovefraud Group Tapping Events are built around a recovery theme. Donna Andersen explains how to tap and why it works. Then she leads you and the other participants through a sequence designed to release emotions attached to painful events in your life. You’re invited to share your emotions and where you feel them in your body, which participants report is extremely validating. Everyone releases stress and tension — this is the magic of “Borrowed Benefits.”
5-session Overcoming a Pattern of Heartbreak Group Tapping starts Nov. 17, 2026
The next Lovefraud Group Tapping series, focused on Overcoming a Pattern of Heartbreak, will take place on five Tuesdays, Nov. 17 to Dec. 15, 2026, from 8 to 9 pm ET.
If you’ve encountered multiple sociopaths in your life, you may be asking yourself why you keep ending up in the same heartbreaking situations. One reason is because we all have set points — internal settings for mental, emotional and biological states.
A set point is a predisposition to feel a certain way and a baseline to which we quickly return. This is not a conscious choice and set points are often determined early in life. Once they are established, set points are deeply engrained in us —neurologically, emotionally and biologically.
Watch my video explaining this: 7 ways to release heartbreak and change your life
In this 5-week series, we’ll start unravelling the set points that have led to and reinforced a pattern of heartbreak in your life. Research shows that group tapping is effective, even if the issue we’re working on is different from your personal experience. Releasing old wounds changes your brain. Then you can change your life.
