Donna is an expert on sociopaths, narcissists and psychopaths in relationships. She helps you identify if your partner, family member, work colleague or friend may be disordered, and offers you practical advice on what to do — how to escape, or if that isn’t possible, how to cope.
If you’re like most clients, you’ll start your session by telling your story of what happened to you. Donna listens carefully, empathetically, and without judgment. She knows how crazy it is to be involved with a sociopath, so nothing surprises her.
Then, ask your questions. Are you trying to understand how the person can be so heartless? Do you need advice on how to escape? Do you need to make big decisions — like whether to file a lawsuit — and want an objective perspective?
As you’re talking, Donna may sense the energetic disturbance caused by the pain of your experience and ask if you want to work on releasing it. If you do, she’ll gently help bring the disturbance to your awareness. She used guided mindfulness, which she calls Deep Emotional Release, to acknowledge the deep emotional pain, without making it wrong, which enables it to dissolve. You’ll feel lighter.
If you select a 60- or 90-minute session, there may also be time for Donna help you let go of stress and relax through Reiki.

Donna offers personal consultations via phone, Zoom or Skype on Monday through Friday, Eastern Time (the same time zone as New York City in the United States). Hours are:

I can’t begin to say how much it meant for me to be heard and understood by someone. I’ve lost everyone around me through this nightmare. Even my adult daughter whom still works for the narc. $50 was a lot for me during a pandemic when I haven’t worked since March but it was worth it. I explained my situation and was given advice to help me bring all of this to and end. But, as with much of my life, my plans became “lists of things that aren’t going to happen”. Upon receiving the certified letter of termination of lease the narc broke up with me that evening via text after ten years in this relationshit/manipulationship. I made my one and only offer to him after the house is sold in hopes that he won’t destroy it on his way out. I have not had any contact with him in 5 days today. But I’m thankful that I had someone to reach out to who actually believed me. All I can do now is hope that the increase in my insurance policies both on that home and my vehicle shield me from the possible wreckage that may be directed toward me at any time. Definitely recommend a counseling session. Scrape up the money somehow and be heard and given direction. You’ll be glad you did.
