Donna is an expert on sociopaths, narcissists and psychopaths in relationships. She helps you identify if your partner, family member, work colleague or friend may be disordered, and offers you practical advice on what to do — how to escape, or if that isn’t possible, how to cope.
If you’re like most clients, you’ll start your session by telling your story of what happened to you. Donna listens carefully, empathetically, and without judgment. She knows how crazy it is to be involved with a sociopath, so nothing surprises her.
Then, ask your questions. Are you trying to understand how the person can be so heartless? Do you need advice on how to escape? Do you need to make big decisions — like whether to file a lawsuit — and want an objective perspective?
As you’re talking, Donna may sense the energetic disturbance caused by the pain of your experience and ask if you want to work on releasing it. If you do, she’ll gently help bring the disturbance to your awareness. She used guided mindfulness, which she calls Deep Emotional Release, to acknowledge the deep emotional pain, without making it wrong, which enables it to dissolve. You’ll feel lighter.
If you select a 60- or 90-minute session, there may also be time for Donna help you let go of stress and relax through Reiki.

Donna offers personal consultations via phone, Zoom or Skype on Monday through Friday, Eastern Time (the same time zone as New York City in the United States). Hours are:

I spoke with Donna for an hour. She immediately mentioned something about how people can get addicted to a sociopaths’ negative behavior. I was not aware of this and it had me intrigued. I told her I noticed she has some online courses to take so I asked her for her suggestion on what I may want to take given my life experiences. I’ve always been about self-improvement and that’s how I’ve gotten where I am now. After combat I don’t plan on stopping. Life is too short. I’ve been knocked down before by a sociopath and this was my second one. It is not a good experience, and I realized the one thing I have in common with those two sociopaths was me. She suggested I buy her book, the EFT course as well as a 2-for-1 online course. After I hung up with her, I decided to take her 5-for-1 online course instead. It included the two she recommended. OMG! I am finally on the fifth webinar. It has been an intense journey. I am tackling it really fast which is causing a lot of stuff to come up really fast. I am familiar with this since I had to go through some intense PTSD counseling after war. During that counseling I realized I was married to a sociopath, and I also realized I “married my mother”. Through the counseling and healing after divorce I wanted to make sure my propensity to find another disordered partner was healed. Apparently, it was not. After completing four of the five-part series I had to take a two-day break because it was so intense. The silver lining is I can now finally connect all the dots completely to my mother. I also understand why I allow sociopaths into my life. It showed me why I ignored my “gut” instincts and allowed a person with those “red flags” into my life. It also now makes complete sense how I got chemically addicted to my ex-girlfriend. I saw the red flags. I took a mental note of them. I wanted to break free, but I just couldn’t, and I did not understand why. I now understand why! I’ve been searching for these answers for a very long time. She says in her seminars that half the counselors don’t understand sociopaths and she is correct!

I’m not sure where I would be if I didn’t stumble upon Donna’s videos. I had been struggling for months to understand my wife’s current behavior. How she walked away from (what I thought ) was a very happy marriage. Only to find out she was love bombing her new target behind my back for months. I couldn’t figure out how my wife could look me dead in my eyes and tell me she (convincingly) loved me. All while telling another man she’s falling in love with him the previous hour. Then she a walks out of the marriage one night and moves right in with the target while she’s still married to me. No remorse , no conscious , no empathy. Like her husband and stepdaughter of 7 years meant absolutely nothing. Donna was able to make me understand who my Wife truly was, a full fledged Sociopath. Even though the pain still runs deep, like it would with any man who’s wife left him for another, I’m at least able to understand her behavior…as disturbing as it might be. I never knew these people existed until I started watching her videos. God bless her for educating the world. The only thing i would like to see a little more of is a focus on female sociopaths. I kinda feel like men are the main focus because they seem to be more prevalent in society and are the ones usually incarcerated. However , the females are more covert, the damage they inflict can be unprecedented though. Trust me , I’m trying to survive it right now. My wife is literally trying to destroy every aspect of my life, as well as my daughter’s.
