Emotional recovery through guided mindfulness
Donna also assists with your emotional recovery. She explains how sociopaths take advantage of your humanity, which is the first step in understanding what happened. But, if you want, she can help you go deeper.
Abuse, exploitation and betrayal create emotional wounds, and these wounds cause energetic disturbances — that’s why you feel bad. As a Reiki master, Donna has the ability to sense the disturbances, and she gently helps you bring them into your awareness.
Then an amazing thing happens. As you allow yourself to mindfully observe the disturbances, without judgment, they dissipate. Through guided mindfulness, which she calls her Deep Emotional Release technique, Donna helps to move the disturbances out of your personal energy field, so you feel better.
She can also offer Reiki for relaxation and stress reduction. So, it’s up to you — every session is what you want and need it to be.
