Is my ex being stalked by a con man

Im not sure i f this the right place for this but here goes…..

My ex and i seperated in November, I screwed up she walked out. Didnt see her for 3 weeks. Then I started helping her around the store we owned and other little things. She had a wpamn helping her who had this guy from tennessee who was an old high school love…….He had come up to Illinois just to see her and live with her and her husband.

As soonas we were divorced he started texting my ex and hanging around alot. To be honest pissed me off but oh well. Yes I still love her…I think she rushed our divorce because of him. Anyway….This man has no job, no visable means of support, supposedly has a house in Tennessee but hasnt been there in months. This woman friend of his and my ex buy his clothes. Supposedly graduated first in his nursing class but lost his license somehow, and had a Job at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He splits time between this womans house and my exs place( 3days here 2 days there)
Something does not seem right

I am worried about my ex, like i said I still love her. She told him how she felt (she wants a relationship w/ him) but he told her that he doesnt want to be in a relationship unless he can contribute 50/50. He seems content to just drift from one house to the next. He doenst want to look for a job so he can contribute….My ex says in her head she considers them a couple…am I nuts
