Resource to explain to family

Is anyone aware of a good resource that i can print out to try to explain to my family what has happened to me being a victim of a sociopath? I cant handle any blaming comments that they may say even if their intentions would be to support me. Thinking it might just be best to try to get through this on my own without telling anyone but could use the support. Any simple good resource lists or explanations please reply. Im most embarrassed of the financial abuse. They have been suspicious of him for a long time. But I have been covering and hiding the best I could which I realize has all been part of this torture.
