Cybernetic Love Fraud?

I met a man in 2017 after he added me on Facebook. We talked for a year then we met in Brussels for the first time. We would talk everyday and he never crossed any boundaries or asked me for money. After that he asked me to marry him. We got married by proxy in the USA. After we got married we were on vacation in Portugal I found messages from another woman he was planning on meeting if I didn’t marry him. He stopped talking to her the day we got married. We both changed our number and decided to leave it in the past. Few months later after I’d applied for his visa I found his tinder active in Morocco with a picture I took of his pathetic ass in Brussels. Then I decided to contact his ex gf, who he said he had broke up with because her mom was racist. Load of shit of course. After I spoke with her, I found out they were supposed to get married too. Turns out this fucker was also planning on marrying a woman from Finland at the same time. I guess he couldn’t wait to leave Morocco 🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyways, we “kinda” worked it out but I started filling for an annulment the day after I found all this crap out. We met again in Amsterdam in December 2018, the visit was okay. Some good moments some bad. After we returned home, her got arrested in Morocco for filming inside a hospital. They took his phone away after they arrested him and I sent him a new one since it was the only we had to communicate. I also helped him with 300 usd for the lawyer and added him to my dental insurance to try to get his teeth fixed in Morocco or Europe since my insurance let’s you ask for international coverage. In early March I found out I had a lump on the site where my gallbladder was removed and clipped and they thought it could be cancerous. I told him this and he showed no sympathy. He asked me what he could do from there and then stated we all die anyways. I hope he goes first 🙏🏼. A couple days later I got drunk and called him an SOB, third class peasant, leech etc. I guess I hurt his ego a little too much and he couldn’t get over it even after I apologized. Despite knowing that he had applied for several marriage visas I was still blinded by my feelings. We kept arguing about divorce and him being a pos. He said he would give me the iPhone 8 and all the other things I gifted him once we were divorced. I was stalking his ass on facebook (don’t blame me he’s the reason I don’t trust him) and I found him selling the phone the police took from him despite him telling me he would return my phone once he got his back. For some reason that just really pissed me off because I had been there for him for months while he was dealing with all the court shit for getting arrested. I blocked him on April 21,2019 I blocked. I hired a lawyer and asked for an annulment. I had given him the papers to sign back in September 2018, and again on March 2018. The second time he told me he was getting them translated and it would take 3-5 days then he would sign them and send them to me. My lawyer messaged him and asked him to sign, he said he needs them translated even though he stated he had already done that. I am now awaiting my rat’s response. If there is no reply a hearing will be scheduled for the marriage annulment. Oh, and I canceled his visa and reported him for fraud to the US and to Europe. I sent Europe screenshots of him stating he would go they illegally. I have pics and conversations and signed papers. I’ve talked to 3 other women and yeah. It’s been fun. My days consists of feeling pissed then depressed. I mostly cycle through those two feelings. I am trying to figure out why he won’t sign when he himself had stated he would mail me “my papers” referring to the annulment forms.
