Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwald, held a reception to honor Safe Lives, an organization to fight domestic violence in the Uk. Most of the women had experienced domestic violence themselves or in their families.

SG – thanks for sharing that. I’m so glad that the abuse that has been going on for such a long time has finally come to light. That was so good of Camilla. By the way, was she the mistress of Charles who Dianna had such misery about ? I hope not !

Hi SG – well, doing good is good – that is true. Yet, from where I sit and from what I read, I believe that she participated in the psychological abuse that Dianna suffered. Hopefully Camilla has changed since then, but I doubt it. It is ironic that now she is publicly fighting domestic violence, which she essentially participated in on a psychological level. But I don’t want to get all passionate about it since you were kindly bringing up an important subject about how Safe Lives is now in the public consciousness and view, and how important that is, which it really is. Thanks again for sharing an important current event.
