      This is a TED talk by Dr. Paul Zak.It is in the blogs. Oxytoxin inspires trust and is released during sex. He explains this well.

      Hi SG – oh wow!!! I watched the Ted Talk. That was fantastic ! For me, a definite life changer. Paul also helped me understand that sociopaths actually have a block of Oxytocin ( that’s how I understood what he said though it’s not a quote ). But it was inspiring to me to realize that even how I think would release Oxytocin ( he mentioned praying ). Anyway – thanks for sharing about this Ted Talk.

      Yes, definitely ! The possibilities are endless – there are so many ways that we can live positive and uplifting lives. It’s great to actually be given scientific proof for all the good that we try to initiate. But then again “ the proof is in the pudding ! “ ( remember that quote from long ago? ) – when we are feeling generous and happy, it is absolutely manifested in our bodily cells. Thanks SG for your many kindnesses.
