      Hello LoveFraud followers,

Today I have been seeking out quotes regarding happiness.
I’m in search of quotes that help me appreciate what I have and be content with what is.

That said, I want to share a couple of quotes that may inspire us all……

“There is some kind of sweet innocence in being human- not having to be just happy or just sad- in the nature of being able to be both broken and whole.”

“All happiness or unhappiness solely depends upon the quality of the object to which we are attached by love.”

“You live longer once you realize that any time spent being unhappy is wasted.” -Ruth E. Renkl

“No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.” -Aesop

“In seeking happiness for others, you find it for yourself.” -Anonymous

“You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching,
Love like you’ll never be hurt,
      Sing like there’s nobody listening,
And live like it’s heaven on earth.” ― William W. Purkey

and my favorite by Sydney J Harris
“Happiness is a direction, not a place”

      Hugs

      I love your quotes, emilie!

Sometimes when we actually stop ruminating about our exes, we find positive things that actually help in our direction of healing. I decided today is going to be a good day and hopefully the entire week will follow suit. When we set our minds free the rest will follow!

Thanks for sharing your favorite quotes!

Here’s one that I always liked:

The truth will set you free. But first it will piss you off.

I’m no longer accepting the things I cannot change, I’m changing the things I cannot accept.

      I love Rumi quotes:

The wound is the place where the Light enters you

Don’t grieve. Anything you lose comes round in another form

And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?

Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion
