sunnygal – thank you for your posts. They all sound very interesting. Unfortunately I usually can’t get to the post you mention as it only leads to the main page, not to the exact post. I am not very computer savvy, so not sure how to fix this – maybe copy the url from the actual article? Or copy the exact name of the article so I can search for it? Would love to read some of what you mention.

Ok now. Do a search for the name of the article and you will get it.

DAMMIT! I tried to post the link, but it wouldn’t let me! It said “Forbidden message: seems to be spam.” Rubbish! I know we get spam here–often touting WRITING assistance–but this is ridiculous. Anyway here’s the URL itself:

I typed in “writing your way to happiness” in the psychology today website and 10 different named articles popped up — it was the tenth. Sometimes these magazine website are not the most friendly for searching… however, if you copy the url while in the exact article – https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/recover-girl/202206/writing-your-way-happiness – it takes you right there without the aggravation.

Hi Donna & Sunny, please look up “Bitchute New peer reviewed evidence calls for all Covid-19 vaccines to be withdrawn” video.
This is a British Cardiologist who in the first few mins exposes the lies of the govt with regards to these EXPERIMENTAL covid vx and he uses the term “psychopath” to describe those that are at the top manipulating citizens into taking these experimental which is against the Nuremberg International code (look up).
Hitler and the evil elite famlies (same families today running the corona con game) used EXPERIMENTAL vx & drugs on the Jewish in concentration camps. PURE EVIL history is literally repeating. Everything Hitler did to the Jewish i 1930-1940+ has happened in the last 3 years except WW3…which is coming sadly.

Yes – definitely- Kathy O’Brian wrote a book called “ PTSD – A Time to Heal “ and she learned from someone who had the knowledge from the government of how to free a person’s mind from mind control – that the way to get free is from writing memories. That is because writing uses a different part of the brain than talking and that talking will not work – so she said. I myself think therapy can be very therapeutic but the point is that writing should never be underestimated. She said that it has to be with a pen and paper – that writing on the computer is not the same.
