The Lovefraud Blog and Forum sections of Lovefraud.com are interactive areas where users can express opinions and share ideas and information (“user content”). Lovefraud cannot and does not monitor all of the material posted or transmitted to the site. All content posted to the Lovefraud blog is the sole responsibility of the individual who originally posted the content. All opinions expressed by users of this site are expressed strictly in their individual capacities, and not as representatives of Lovefraud. All comments, forum posts and product reviews become the property of Lovefraud.

Privacy
Lovefraud respects the privacy of visitors to our site. Lovefraud gathers personally identifiable information (such as your name and e-mail address) about you only when you provide it voluntarily to sign up, on an opt-in basis, for Lovefraud updates, when you post content on the Lovefraud blog or forum, or when you purchase Lovefraud products and services. E-mail addresses collected by Lovefraud are never sold to or shared with anybody.
This privacy policy does not apply to any information you may provide to us through other means, such as via e-mail, U.S. mail or telephone. Comments. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Termination
Lovefraud may terminate this website or any services at any time with or without cause or notice. Lovefraud shall not be liable any party for such termination.
This agreement is effective until terminated by Lovefraud, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, the disclaimers, waivers, acknowledgements, indemnifications and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts sitting in Atlantic County and Camden, New Jersey, respectively.
This constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lovefraud concerning the terms and conditions of use of this website. If you object to any part of this visitor agreement, you may discontinue use of this website.
