      The FBI is looking for a motive for the shooting. A psychopath enjoys inflicting pain. That is a motive. Dr. Robert Hare, the psychologist who wrote Without Conscience advises the FBI on child abduction and serial murder investigations. They should consult him on mass shootings too.

      The FBI is overseen by the Senate Judiciary Committee. The committee is headed by Senator Grassley from Iowa and Senator Dianne Feinstein from CA. I wrote Sen. Feinstein about the FBI consulting Dr. Hare.
