      Hello everyone,
As most of you know I am now at 10 months No Contact from my ex-N. I’m gaining strength as each month passes and I’m steadfast in my quest to be free of his grip.

Memories can raise my level of cognitive dissonance as does continuous talking or posting about him. I’m working hard at seeing the reality of my relationship through what is now a crystal clear lens. He would be very flattered and smug if he knew he was a part of any of my conversations. I certainly don’t want to contribute or boost his already over-inflated ego.

All said, I’m going to take a break from posting on this site in order to clear my head and continue to remain strong. Please know I have enjoyed each and every post and conversation and I’m immensely grateful for your support. Wishing everyone all the best in their healing journey.

Hi Donna, Thanks so much, it’s comforting to know this site is always “home.” Right now I find the more I talk about my ex-N, the more it can be triggering. Just need a break to clear my head and stay steadfast on my No Contact journey. I appreciate everyone’s contributions and support!
