I discovered yesterday that despite his lies that the prosecutor decided not to press charges for forging his divorce papers he in fact had 2 charges brought against him. 1 was false personation of a public officer (the judge) and the 2nd was false pretences under 200 dollars. He entered a plea bargain with the prosecutor so the first charge was dismissed and he was found guilty of the 2nd one . He was sentenced at the end of February to 675 dollars fine and 90 days in jail. I know that he isn’t incarcerated cos he uses his phone and even texted me from it in March . How can I find out if he was or is going to be sent to jail for those 90 days or if the sentence is suspended etc . Will the court in Michigan provide me with such information if I call them as the a member of the public? If not, what are other ways to find out ? All your help would be greatly appreciated.
