Interesting article about children who show sociopathic tendencies and the treatments being tried. This article outlines types of aberrant, dangerous behaviors seen in very young children — now termed “callous and unemotional traits”, whether they are inherent or learned (nature vs nuture), the fear and despair of parents trying to live with such children, and how some fairly recent and innovative treatment centers are having an impact. A long read, but worth it.

Interesting article. A friend was an elementary school principal She had some very belligerent first and second graders I taught junior high school and I know some of the belligerent kids went on to commit crimes They show these traits early.
