Psychopaths as aliens

Psychopaths as aliens? Please explain. I thought an “alien” was someone from outer space or someone who crossed the border between Mexico and the United States illegally. In what way are psychopaths aliens?

I always thought about them as aliens that have taken control of a human soul.
