      Hi SG-
Thanks for outlining the stages of grief and the coping tips. Also for highlighting that there is a great blog about the stages of grief. I was able to find part 1 but not part 2. Also, sometimes I’ve tried to locate a blog that you have commented upon in the past, and I am having difficulty navigating the blog section. Do you have any suggestions about how to find a specific blog, or just good ideas about how to use the blogging section to the best advantage?
Thanks so much for your many responses to participants and all the care that you show.
      Blessings to you.

Part 2 talks about multiple losses. I at one time had 2 losses. I used these tips and got through it.

SG – thanks for the direction and explanation about the parts to the blog about the stages of grief. I’m definitely going to read the second part too. The wonderful thing is that so much information is now available for our healing, more so than ever before. E K Ross did write about the grief issue quite awhile ago, but things are coming to light like wildfire more and more. I’m glad that you had the wisdom to get the help you needed and to follow through!
      Blessings to you

A friend whose son was killed in an auto accident is using these books to help with grief:

Meditations for working through grief by Martha Hickman

      Hi sunnygal,
I offer you my deepest condolences for your friend’s son. It makes it doubly difficult to deal with when a death is due to an accident. I am sure it is a heartache for you too, but I know that your friend is so lucky to have you standing by her in her time of need.
      Blessings to you.

These meditations could also be used for the loss of dealing with a psychopath. The one I especially like is ‘Everything changes, nothing is lost’.

Here’s a quote from “ The Hidden Messages in Water “ by Dr. Masaru Emoto : “ Words are the vibrations of nature. Therefore, beautiful words create beautiful nature. Ugly words create ugly nature. This is the root of the universe. “

      Hi –
Here’s a quote ( though not exactly related to grieving ), but a good one I think:
It’s from Almine’s book , “ Book of Runes – the art of self guidance “:
“ When we are with those who are energetically incompatible, we experience a shrinking feeling. The new creation brings kindred spirits in the form of family and friends. In the deep satisfaction of their company, we can feel our souls expand. “

A dear friend was in an accident then developed a blood clot in her leg which can be dangerous. She has been on blood thinner and the clot is now gone. Hearing about the clot caused grief but is now relieved.

Hi SG – I am sorry that you went through worry and grief about your friend’s condition. Often we go through even more pain about concerns we have about those we love even than ourselves. I am glad she came through so well, and I have no doubt that much was because of the prayers of your heart that you held for her and sent to her.
      Blessings to you.

Hi SG – Despite all the social distancing and the weirdness that we can’t even go to a bookstore these days, it does seem like your doctor’s office was doing their due diligence and that must have made you feel safe, at least, during these difficult times.
