How to deal with narcissistic family hacking my gadgets

My gadgets has been hacked into and I can’t use them knowing they’re watching my every step. I can’t get out of this house because of my circumstances. I don’t have friends either, lost them. And when I try to get to a therapist, my family would tell them lies and they wouldn’t treat me with respect because of the smear campaign. What should I do?
