    Sanduskey’s Attorneys are LOOKING for a REASON he did this. A PD is a REASON. Now they have to PROVE he couldn’t stop himself from doing what the prosecution said he did. YET,

    Don’t you think it could all be a HOAX. All it takes is one person to be compromised with the promise of an easy and successful life to lie like there is no tomorrow.

    He may be guilty, however there has been not a single shred of concrete evidence. Even the boy (now man) that the other assistant coach said he saw in the shower with Sandusky gyrating against his backside has not presented any damage to his poop shoot. By the way, that’s permanent. It does not go away. Women know that because of the damage of pregnancy.

    How do I know, well I’m 54 and at 14 I was raped in the shower by an 18 year old. (I was 2 grades advanced). No one listened back then. Yes, I was submissive. He was my friend and mentor. Yes it hurt. but I couldn’t tell on him for a while. When I did, it met with “you’re lying” ears. How could someone do that? Even my parents didn’t believe me until my Dr. showed my Mother…. 40 years later the damage is still there.

    A Person is Not Guilty until proven Guilty is not A Right in our Constitution, rather it is a Tenant of English Law that our legal system is based upon. The Russian System of law holds that you are Guilty until proven Innocent. Ever tried to do that?

    Please stop trying cases in the media!

    So, he could be found guilty and be totally innocent, and innocent and be totally guilty.

    And just to make things muddier, which after reading this makes me think that they might come back with a mistrial, the defense abruptly stopped today because the uncle of one of its witnesses made a phone call to the defense team.

    Also, the reporter who broke the case might have caused significant damage legally.

    Given the prevalence of sexual abuse to children (current statistics quoted at one out of four girls and one out of seven boys at some point in their childhoods,) I was wondering how many on the jury were abused themselves as children. One of the jurors has been replaced due to getting ill. It may be a physical illness, but I wonder if the person got triggered.

    Don’t know, BuBu, if they would let testimony of rectal tears be permitted in court. We’ve got a state here up in arms about a state representative saying the word “vagina.”

    The media will never stop covering cases like these. It’s how they make money. Too many people consider it entertainment. People used to turn out for public hangings and burning at the stakes.

    I’m betting that Sandusky will get off. “Reasonable doubt” will do it.

    Grace, I sure hope to heck you are wrong and that he does NOT get off. I imagine you could be right, who the heck would have thought OJ would have gotten off? OR Casey? But I sure hope not.

    Part of the defense was bringing in witnesses who said it was common for PSU coaches to shower with minors.

    Does PSU = Pedophile State University?

    Sandusky’s son, Matt, claims Sandusky abused him. He now has lawyers. Where is this going?

    Why did he wait until now? That’s rhetorical. I know how difficult it is to break the silence on something like this.

    No matter what the jury decides in this case, this certain is a reason for new charges.

    What ticks me off to no end is Mrs. Sandusky defending her husband.

    What I know about incest is that the other parent almost always knows. They are in denial and choose to believe that isn’t happening.

    This is going to open up so many discussions.

    Talk about something coming from out of the blue.

    Ah, but the jury is sequestered. They aren’t going to know about this. This can’t be a coincidence. Maybe Matthew didn’t want to skew the jury’s deliberations, but he sure could have discredited dear ol’ Mom (and Dad, but he has no creditability in my book already.)

    He points out, “How could Mrs. Sandusky not have known?”

    There is a name for the other parent who says nothing. I forget what it is called exactly. It’s something like “The Silent Accomplice.”

    It goes beyond enabling. It’s considered as being a participant because the spouse/other parent knows and did nothing to protect the child.

    Maybe she’ll get charged as well as an accomplice? One can only hope.

    Of course the wife knew and of course she is going to defend him. They are old and what is she going to do?? She is trauma bonded. I’m not saying it’s right…it’s HORRID, but it happens all the time…it’s evil!
