It’s funny ive been thinking about what happened last night all morning. I can’t seem to get it out of my head… It’s more of what I’ve seen on LF this past week… That really struck a cord.
If I should have learned anything this past week and what I’ve been learning is not to feed them. Truth be told.. Last night coping cracked. Yesterday was bad for me and I come to LF and bamn.. It’s here again. I was so angry I actually wanted him to come after me..try to hurt me. I wanted to say, fight, and feel all those things I can’t actually say to my own spath now. Anger.. Real anger hit. Of course some Internet guy can’t do that. He only wanted to disrupt the flow… And for awhile it worked. What surprises me is that he didn’t “attack” he remained non feeling and neutral just fucking with the blog. Lol.. This only made me more confused. Ohh well thank god for small lessons… Yet another one.

    Coping,
Sorry to disagree but disruption IS an attack. Covert aggression is still aggression. And spaths know it.

Coping….they come in all sizes with all aproaches…..BUT….the one thing in common….they all need attention….no matter how they get it.
Think about a person doing this……why? And that they settle for such crumbs that they obviously keep choking on…..
Obviously don’t think too highly of themselves right? The need to grab anything and settle and keep manipulating for more crumbs and more choking…..
We don’t need to have them at our Thanksgiving table…..

Yer looking lovely to me. Am heading out to chop down sum trees. The drought has killed so many, we are a tinderbox here. Weekenders wander with their chainsaws. As a former rancher who used wood for heat, to watch the trees dumped as waste goes against my grain. But can’t be having them fall on my house, so down they must go… later, have a tomatoe and egg for me. Hens has BACON.
