I never saw that movie, Darwinsmom. *hangs head in shame because she’s seen The Human Centipede but not Lady and the Tramp* But if the Siamese is a self-serviing, screaming, demanding brat, then yes, it’s accurate. I miss him so much.
That song Dog Days are Over grates on my nerves for some reason. I think because the melody is mostly in one chord.

LOL, I’ll reawatch Lady and the Tramp for you stargarze, and you can rewatch centipede human II for me 🙂 I never even watched a saw movie… it came out long after I killied that blackbird, and after my last horror movie (the Ring).
I understand why it would get on your nerves, but to me it sounds like a victory song, when you feel first awakened after many dark months. The first moment you suddenly feel hapy again for no reason at al
I’m sorry for my spelling tonight, little bit drunk… went to a birdthday party of female friend which was in a dress team ‘trailer trash’. Had a good night, one trigger moment and a guy who was out of line and whom I had to tell, “Even if it’s a trailer trash party, I’m only acting the part, I’m not trash, so stop your attempts ro look under my skirt.” But I had fun anyay. I’m off to sleep the cava off.

Darwinsmom: Their was a SAW movie on tonight on the Syfy channel. I hate those movies, though. They barely count as horror movies. They are just gore fests. Slashers don’t count as horror movies either. Just more gore fests and unintentional comedy. Horror movies barely exist now.
I like comedy the most, of course. ^_^
Anyway, I saved the website from this post to my favorites. It looks like it has a few articles I want to read. I’m on team dog, baby! Go dogs! *high fives the dogs* Yeah! Damn sociopathic cats stinking the place up with their hairballs and litter boxes. Parasites expecting us to clean up their messes. @.......__@.......

Darwinsmom, I rarely pay attention to the lyrics to songs unless I like the melody. The melody, instrumentals and composition of the songs are what I resonate with. I had a love affair with REM for 25 years now. Most of that time I had NO IDEA what their lyrics were about – you can’t even really make them out. When I finally was able to look up the lyrics to my favorite song (Fall On Me), I still had no idea what Michael Stipe was singing about (and I still don’t). LOL So when I hear that Dog Days song, it is in one chord being played over and over again. It just grates on me. For the same reason, I never got into country western, no matter how great some of the lyrics are. Obviously, a lot of people like the Dog Days song because it gets a LOT of play time on the radio, much to my chagrin. LOL
On the other hand, there is a song by Foster the People called Pumped Up Kicks that supposedly has a very objectionable message. It’s about a kid with a gun or something like that. I happen to love the song because the melody is so catchy. I don’t really pay much attention to the lyrics. I’m funny like that.

Hmm, fitting song I’ve been playing the last hours on repeat… I’m seeing light in the tunnel… “The dog days are over” by Florence and the Machine
