I ran across two articles in NY Times that sort of got me to thinking about how it sometimes does pay off to act like a psychopath—in business or other ways.

The following  (quite long) article tells how an Internet seller terrorized his customer.  I think that many people who have been the victims of psychopathic-like stalking can relate to this woman’s story. The fact that it was over such a relatively small amount of money is amazing to me, though. The lengths to which this stalker pursued his victim are also amazing to me.

This follow up article tells how, eventually, through the persistence of the victim in pursuing justice for the bullying psychopathic-like stalking she got from the abuser, it turned out that the man didn’t get away with his campaign, and now local, state and federal authorities are getting on the band wagon to go after this guy.

The guy even got denied bail. Yea for that judge “getting it.”  It will be interesting to me to see how this plays out and just how much real jail/prison time this guy actually gets. While I can’t diagnose someone out of the newspaper, I really do feel that this man fits the criteria for many of the traits of a psychopath and he definitely is a stalker.

    Mending….yeah, not really concerned about the lovebomb.
    I pretty much screwed him legally. I was awarded 99% of all assets and full legal custody of kids in divorce….needless to say, he wasn’t happy.
    I was able to expose him to the hilt.
    And the judge saw it all.

    He is a drug dealer….he’s apparantly been one for our whole 28 year relationship. I had no clue….he exposed our kids to his ‘side job’…..that was final straw.
    He wanted kids to sell at the High school…..(fucker).
    He figured if kids got inovled it would split kids and I apart……but fortunatley our kids have a better head on their shoulders. THANK GOD!

    It backfired on him. He told the kids if they ever told their mother it would be the end of our family……YA THINK?
    SO they told me, and I sent him packing with a one way tix to the tropics.
    (short version).

    He’s stalked us, had peeps stalk us, harassed us for about I think 3 years or so……Orders have been in place just as long and I have NOT kept my mouth shut.
    He chose his ‘profession’ be proud homey.
    I refuse to ‘own’ what he’s done and who he’s hurt or involved.
    My concern is for me and my kids….that’s it.

    I have reported him to DEA in 5 states, I stumbled upon 3 trash bags of pot in my rental when he was staying there……I took pics and video of it, called my attorney, and showed the police etc……(before I reported it I took the other items that just might have been us currency 🙂 that he had stached with the drugs.
    I figured….since he was doing this behind my back for what….how many years……and continuing…..it was all marital assets…..so hey, I had no use for the drugs…..so I took the money! Even steven right.

    Since our divorce, he was arrested in a way out of the way place and state transporting drugs across 5 states…..a hokey state…..and they don;t think kindly to his kind. The case is currently in front of that states Supreme court on a friggen technicality.
    Spath keeps on the move…..and I like to keep aware of where he is, because wen he pops into my state/town ALL HELL breaks loose!

    Kids haven’t had anythig to do with him in about 3 years….no contact for any of us…..and he tries any/all doors/windows/chimneys/mouse holes to get to us…..directly or through others.
    Kids lived it, they saw it firsthand, they know it and have no doubts ‘who’ he is…..they are above him.

    Spaths NOT okay with that.

    He’s threatened for us to keep our mouths shut……fuck you…..I’ll say what I want…..I speak only the truth. You will no longer silence me!
    I was 13 when I met him……I see my history and how I got to today…..

    All the lies and abuse and manipulations…I’m done…..poof, over.
    YOU did it…..own it!

    He’d still deny it all…..shock! But, an article came out in our local paper about his felony charges etc…..it blew the lid right off his good guy image and made peeps start to understand things a bit clearer. Now the business support for me is coming back because I chose to stay here, I’m rooted, kids in shcool, business, been here over 20 years……THIS IS MY TOWN!
    I’ve held my head high in my community, as embarrasing as it’s been and personal difficulties…..but people see the truth now…..and the shame of not supporting us is on them……so the tides have turned.

    So….that’s a bit in a nutshelll…….Yes one….somethings brewing.

    Nocrazee….South Fl is one of his stops on his drug/con 5 state run.
    He keeps moving from state to state……conning rich peeps and shipping drugs.
    He only stays in one place about 1-2 months.

    OMG……. I had no clue!!!!! Keep making it your town!!! Be strong and encouraged from here.
    I don’t have anything to do with drug dealers so he won’t cross my path here in Fl.

    Sorry for your troubles…. like Ox said, have you tried a metal detector….. they scan through water and multiple feet of sand down here, so why they shouldn’t they scan through snow?

    Actually planting holly or any sticky-thorn bush for shrubs around your house is a good idea and is recommended instead of more “friendly” shrubs. Keep people from climbing in your windows, some of Those plants are NASTY.

    A good dog is worth their weight in gold too!

    EB there is also a thingie that will find “disturbed soil” like old graves where there is nothing “left” (100 yr old wooden coffins etc) it is like radar or sonar, don’t know where you’d find one or someone to run it, but I know they use them to find old graves where the markers are gone.
