By Ox Drover

I ran across two articles in NY Times that sort of got me to thinking about how it sometimes does pay off to act like a psychopath—in business or other ways.

The following  (quite long) article tells how an Internet seller terrorized his customer.  I think that many people who have been the victims of psychopathic-like stalking can relate to this woman’s story. The fact that it was over such a relatively small amount of money is amazing to me, though. The lengths to which this stalker pursued his victim are also amazing to me.

Read A bully finds a pulpit on the web on NewYorkTimes.com.

This follow up article tells how, eventually, through the persistence of the victim in pursuing justice for the bullying psychopathic-like stalking she got from the abuser, it turned out that the man didn’t get away with his campaign, and now local, state and federal authorities are getting on the band wagon to go after this guy.

Read U.S. arrests online seller who scared customers on NewYorkTimes.com.

The guy even got denied bail. Yea for that judge “getting it.”  It will be interesting to me to see how this plays out and just how much real jail/prison time this guy actually gets. While I can’t diagnose someone out of the newspaper, I really do feel that this man fits the criteria for many of the traits of a psychopath and he definitely is a stalker.

i wouldn’t want to be 18 again – although i wouldn’t mind being 40! 42 to 45 were the best years. since then, the suckage factor just kept going up. (notice whine ending with past tense.)

i have a picture of two women who own a restaurant in europe. i came across it the other day as i was orgainzing and purging things. i was saving the info about their restaurant for the next time i am in their country. they have an openess and joy about their faces. i realize that i used to look like that. and i want to look like that again. i want that.

so, i will work to make the rest of my 50’s better, and to give you hope.

Hi, kimmie, did the prints arrive at your new cottage yet?
Hope your not too disappointed, the paper is quite thin. I couldnt send them framed, or glass would have broken!

Yes Dear Gem. Yesterday, I walked to the store, and when I returned home I had an impulse to open the mail-box. The first time since I’ve been there, and was so surprised to find them, because I really thought I hadn’t been successfull in e-mailing you my address. It was really nice. And I love them. I will frame them and use them in my kitchen. They are perfect, Gem. Thank-you so much!
I hope you are doing well and are happy. You deserve to be.

suckage factor………..I like that! I think my best years lie ahead…..I’m mid 50’s……..geez I hope they have not passed me by….Mama Gem, I have changed emails and computers a couple times….lost track…..hope all is well with you….and Oxy….yes, it is odd for kids to show signs so early on…..UNTIL spath step daughter’s first child was born….can we say CLONE???? From the time she could walk she has been EXACTLY like her mother, and her mother was just like her mother and her grandmother was exactly the same…that’s as far back as I know them, but 4 generations of female sociopaths…..there is no telling how far back it goes…..I’m doing a lot better with the help of all my blog friends!!

    Cream puff
I’m very interested in your observation 4 generations of female spaths.
Can you please write a book? 🙂
The reason I am Interested is because I have started to come to the realization that my mother is possibly a sociopath. My sister definitely is. Only she’s just too stupid to hide it. But my mother is not stupid at all and hides it very very well.
What is an infant sociopath like?

    Dearest kimmie,
Im so glad the prints arrived!Id have MUCH preferred to send them framed, but still!!Meanwhile Ill keep my eyes open for any other vintage looking small prints for you!
How are you settling into your new cottage? Glad the Landlord fixed both the sinks, pronto!
Im so happy for you that you have your own private space now. Im sure youll settle in quickly!!.
    Dear Creampuff, yes, Im SO much better these days now that Ive thrown of ‘the Malignant Hope” as Oxy put s it,” that my 2 spath daughters will ever change. Im getting better,{most days} at “accepting the things I cannot change,a nd having courage to change the things I can-“{from AA>}
I havent seen spath1 for 2 years, and spath 2 for almost 18 years,-shes the one who has never allowed me to see her 3 kids.I used to think th e pain would destroy me, but in a way Im glad I never met or bonded with them, I cant miss kids Ive never seen.
Im a lot more philosophical re all this now, not a darned thing I can do, and as we all know spaths NEVER change.NC is the only way. I KNOW that if I contacted spath 1, Id be pretty soon sucked in to enabling her again, baling her out financially, been there done that & wore the T shirt for almost 30 years!!She is SO GOOD at the pity ploy and the croc tears on the phone, so its vital I stay NC for good.
    Hope your doing well too!
Much love to you and everyone, Mama GemXX
