A 24-year-old guy described himself in an Internet forum: He doesn’t feel emotion, is an excellent liar, becomes bored quickly, and experiences an adrenalin rush when deceiving or angering someone else. He asks, is he a sociopath?

I’d answer yes. The post is an interesting insight into how a disordered young man perceives himself and others.

Read Self-diagnosing sociopathy on the Dr. Robert forum.

    Katy;
    “Who wants to get something by manipulating someone?”
    When you have no other choice and your life and safety and those of your children depend on it.
    It was survival……

    Just like I thought I was sleeping with a husband all those years………and it was a spath! My radar is off……currently I think i’m sleeping with a dog named Holly…..and NOW Hens tells me she’s a bear?!?!

    And to think, I stick to the thought of…..if it barks like a dog….it’s gotta be a dog.
    BOY was I wrong!
    at least it’s not a DUCK!

    Shiat…..I always said…I didn’t know shiat about shiat!
    🙁

    Oh, you guys are so funny! LOL I’m only a few hours late for the conversation….DUCK BREATH is the “fountain of youth” and by giving them a big smacker-ooo I will be able to turn back into a youthful maiden! And I’ll get all the good looking guys!

    Well, my Jack Russell Terrier is now not only a BEAR CHASING dog, but a duck herding dog. I let one of the young almost grown female ducks get loose last night and she ran into the woods to hide and it was so thick in there a rabbit could hardly get through, and I sent the dog after her “go find her…!!! go find her!!! Well, he treed a squirrel! But eventually he got the idea and he found her and chased her out of a brush pile where I couldn’t go and I used my long handled fish dip net to catch her. He was so proud of himself! So now he is a Squirrel-bear-duck dog and if that ain’t a combo I don’t know what is!

    Hens, yea, they may be buffalo dogs but they ain’t DUCK dogs! It takes a great dog to be a duck dog! LOL

    Yea, I agree with you….I’d rather sleep with a rattle snake than the “enemy.”

    It is another blistering day here…was 101 yesterday in the shade of my porch! Ouch! No rain in weeks and none in the foreseeable future either. Damn grass hoppers are eating my garden and what they don’t nibble on the worms are getting. My basil plants look like lace. Only thing they don’t eat is the HOT pepper plants…nothing else green in sight though!
