If your new romantic interest exhibits all or most of the following behaviors, be careful. He or she might be a sociopath.
1. Charisma and charm. They’re smooth talkers, always have an answer, never miss a beat. They seem to be very exciting.
2. Enormous ego. They act like the smartest, richest or most successful people around. They may actually come out and tell you that.
3. Overly attentive. They call, text and e-mail constantly. They want to be with you every moment. They resent time you spend with your family and friends.
4. Jekyll and Hyde personality. One minute they love you; the next minute they hate you. Their personality changes like flipping a switch.
5. Blame others. Nothing is ever their fault. They always have an excuse. Someone else causes their problems.
6. Lies and gaps in the story. You ask questions, and the answers are vague. They tell stupid lies. They tell outrageous lies. They lie when they’d make out better telling the truth.
7. Intense eye contact. Call it the predatory stare. If you get a chill down your spine when they look at you, pay attention.
8. Move fast. They quickly proclaim that you’re their true love and soul mate. They want to move in together or get married quickly.
9. Pity play. They appeal to your sympathy. They want you to feel sorry for their abusive childhood, psychotic ex, incurable disease or financial setbacks.
10. Sexual magnetism. If you feel intense attraction, if your physical relationship is unbelievable, it may be their excess testosterone.

Sky’s da bomb!
I think you ALL are da’ bomb! xxoo
Just like being home, under the blanket. hehehehe
Thanks Ox for your sweet comments on my posts.
Trust me: my posts are coming straight from the heart.
If I can prevent ONE WOMAN from coming through the nightmare I have been through, it makes it all worth it, don’t you see?
Take something bad, turn it around and make something good with it. That’s how WE WIN and THEY LOSE.
WINNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
🙂
Have a nice night everyone, if I don’t get back around tonight. Thanks for sharing and caring: ALL OF YOU!
DUPED
Sky’s da Spathinator…she’ll be back ~!
‘take something bad, pound it to a pulp, do something good for the world!’
with apologies to duped in socal. i am not yet done hating my spath.
Sky ate too many carbs and fell asleep…
🙂
(((Duped, SK, One, Hens))) I’m so grateful for you guys too, so happy that you survived your encounters with evil.
As horrible as the experience was, we’ve grown because of it.
Taking a horrible experience and gaining everything you can from it is the ultimate expression of gratitude. It’s also good practice for acheiving enlightenment. I hope to be there some day.
It’s weird because when my life was at it’s darkest, I would wake up wishing I was dead, but during the day, I would find ways to feel extremely grateful for little things, I don’t know how I did it. Now that life is much better, but I know that spaths exist in the world, I think I’m not as grateful as I should be. I struggle more, feel less powerful, less able to function in some ways. The feelings have changed and it’s difficult to define them.
I think it’s like leaving junior high and moving into high school where suddenly you really don’t function as competently as you thought you did at the old school.
sky i think it
s because we will never be the same person again- ignorance is bliss?
sky – the release from immediate danger allows the damped down to rise up. it’s that simple i think.
and i like my attitude better: ’take something bad, pound it to a pulp, do something good for the world!’
one joy – who is feeling a bit frisky tonight. she’s obviously had just the right amount of carbs!
Hi guys/gals,
I go by this theory: everyone is a spath until proven otherwise!
Ana ~ I have a tendency to feel that way too. I don’t trust anyone until they prove to me that they CAN be trusted. I think the attitude comes from over-exposure to spaths.
It’s a bit like over-exposure to the Sun. It makes you want to stay far far away from it.
H2H
Ana – good theory – i wonder about myself sometimes.
