If you were to tell people you are going for a run a few decades ago, they would wonder who is chasing you. Times have changed… Now working out is considered part of our healthy lifestyle. It seems like the industrial and modern hi-tech revolutions have transformed our lifestyle choices. We could spend the entire day operating fancy devices and machines without much physical activity.
In the past sessions we have learned the advantage of waking up early at 5am to start your day with You first, to allocate enough time for yourself to observe your thoughts, feelings and emotions, letting them pass. In the future sessions we will learn how to dream again, visualise and so on. You will get excited again about your life and the future. You will start waking up to your purpose again and looking forward to a new day, full of new ideas, new possibilities and dreams. You only have to try out. It doesn’t hurt and I speak from a personal experience.
Marley and I have developed this energizing 7-minute morning exercise, which you can follow just after jumping out of your bed with excitement every morning. It’s a set of 7 exercises, 1 min each, with 50-seconds activity, 10-second rest, no fancy gym membership and no equipment required. We have also created some sunrise music through garage band to go with it, so please give it a try and let us know what you think. It looks simple but it’s pretty tough. It works on your balance and coordination early morning, energising your body so it serves you better and longer.
