Back in 2001, Veronica Dale Hahn, 60, of Bonifay, Florida, told the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs that she was 100 percent blind in both eyes due to her military service. The VA believed her, and started paying her veteran's disability benefits. In 15 years, she collected $394,800.85. In the meantime, she obtained driver's licenses in New Mexico, Alabama and Florida, with no vision restrictions. She drove her vehicle and worked full-time as a case manager at state correctional facilities. Hahn pleaded guilty last week. When she is sentenced, she faces 10 years in prison. Then she posts the videos to YouTube and threatens to send them to the victims' families, unless they pay up. In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, she details exactly how the scam works. She has a crew of "chatters," mostly young girls and transgender men, who troll the Internet looking for targets. January is National Stalking Awareness Month. Vicki Kuper of Iowa was stalked for years by her former romantic partner, Mike Bonert, and has successfully held him accountable so far. Vicki went to the authorities and got a No Contact order which wasn't easy. Bonert proceeded to violate it 24 times. Vicki then was able to have Bonert prosecuted, which also wasn't easy. He was convicted and sentenced to 11 years in prison, then an additional 10 years for his fifth stalking charge. He appealed his conviction, but still served four and a half years. The Iowa Court of Appeals recently affirmed Bonert's stalking conviction. Bonert is already out on parole, but he must wear a GPS ankle bracelet …

Sheahonni Davis, 17, of Syracuse, New York, allegedly lured two teenage brothers to a meeting last Tuesday. Davis and two friends, Toriano Newson and Curtis Paige III, planned to rob the boys, according to authorities.
